Property Perfect unveils ‘PENTON Ari-Sutthisarn’ The new luxury home office and private residence in the heart of the city
With the aim of penetrating the high-end home office and single detached house market, Property Perfect Public Company Limited (Plc.) launches a new project, “PENTON Ari-Sutthisarn”, with a different design concept of “Modern Urban Luxury” style that meets demands of all generations including those who want to expand their business and live in the heart of the city.
PENTON Ari-Sutthisan has a total investment value of 660 million baht. The project comprises a private community of only 12 units. Six of these are home office units with a starting price of 57.9 million baht and six are residences with a starting price of 56.5 million baht.

“Demand for home offices and single detached houses in the inner city area is high as there are not many new projects and most of them are located far from the business district,” Mr. Wongsakorn explained. “There is no supply that meets the needs of those who need large spaces to expand their business and live comfortably in a central location. Currently, home offices with a usable area of more than 700 square metres, as well as single detached houses larger than 100 square wah in the heart of the city, are still not available in the market.”
Located in the most prime location, PENTON Ari-Sutthisan accommodates business expansion and convenient transportation. The project is only 5 minutes from BTS Ari station and MRT Sutthisan station and easy access to expressway. The location is also a lifestyle hub surrounded by popular restaurants and cafés.
